Our experienced staff will assist you in planning your event, and help to make your experience a memorable one. Here are some FAQ to consider in your preliminary plans
What type of event can you host? Our facility is available for all kinds of events from winemaker dinners to weddings. Specifics are negotiated on a per event basis, and our maximum capacity is 200 guests.

What dates do you have available? All reservations are made on a space available basis. Contact us at discover@mosaicvineyards.com or call directly at 1 800 546 7718 to speak with a representative to see which dates are available.
What are your rates? Each event is booked on an individual basis and fees are established relative to specific event needs. Estimates will be made in writing following your inquiry and event outline. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the space, with the full fee to be paid 90 days prior to the event date.

What do your fees include? Our fee is for the use of our facility only. All other needs should be contracted on an individual basis. Mosaic/deLorimier winery will provide an approved list of rental agencies, caterers, lodgings etc. as needed.
What form of payment do you accept? We gladly accept cash and checks. We also accept MC/Visa and American Express. A 3.5% processing fee is added to credit card payments.

What does your facility space include? Each event is booked for the most appropriate area which will be discussed prior to reservation. All events are limited to the public areas of our hospitality facility.
What about alcoholic beverages? Only Mosaic/deLorimier wines can be used during events. Some special exceptions may apply, but hard alcohol is prohibited.

Mosaic/deLorimier Winery, located in the heart of the Alexander Valley just south of Geyserville, is offering its scenic location and new visitors center for select functions and special events. Our facility offers a unique opportunity to host your event surrounded by gorgeous vineyards and scenic backdrops. The award winning wines of Mosaic/deLorimier are the perfect way to enhance your special event.
We offer the use of our facility with the understanding that Mosaic/deLorimier Winery provides only the venue for your event. Wines are not included as part of the facility fee. All additional services, catering, rentals, service staffing, etc, are contracted on an as needed basis with outside vendors.
All such contracts are solely between the vendor and the client. A member of the Mosaic/deLorimier Winery staff will act as booking agent, be available for advice and will assist in co-coordinating with vendors to help make your event a success.
Only Mosaic/deLorimier wines and non-alcoholic beverages may be served at events due to the nature of our business license. You may choose from our select list of caterers for your food and service needs and we have relationships with several rental companies in the area.

A refundable deposit of $400.00 is required to secure the space. The full balance for the event is required 30 days prior to the event. A refundable damage deposit secured by credit card will also be applied. Mosaic/deLorimier Winery will assist with recommendations for rental equipment. All rental agreements are between the client and the rental company directly. |

All deposits and fees are to be paid directly to the caterer. There will be a 5% surcharge billed by the Winery to the selected caterer on all prepared foods. No foods other than those prepared by the selected caterer may be used without the express approval of the caterer & Mosaic/deLorimier Winery. |

| Insurance | Client agrees to name Mosaic/deLorimier as an additional insured on Client’s Commercial General Liability Insurance policy or Homeowners Insurance policy or obtain a one-day Special Events policy naming Mosaic/deLorimier Winery as an additional insured. Written proof of said coverage shall be furnished to Mosaic/deLorimier thirty days prior to the event. The policy shall have minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000. |
Mosaic/deLorimier Winery reserves the right to continue public operations during events that occur during regular business hours.
The tasting room may be reserved for private group tastings or receptions. All current releases will be offered, specifically paired with complementary food items prepared by our staff.

$5,000.00 “Facility” refers to the public areas of Mosaic/deLorimier Winery only. The use of the facility is limited in accordance with this contract. The facility fee is for an event lasting up to 8 hours, including setup & cleanup time. Events exceeding this 8-hour period will be subject to an additional $300.00 per hour fee. Tasting room operations will be closed to the general public for the duration of your private event. Mosaic/deLorimier Winery events for groups exceeding 40 guests are booked with the understanding that those groups can only be accommodated using the outdoor areas. Mosaic/deLorimier Winery accepts no responsibility for offering an alternate venue in the event of inclement weather or any other circumstances. The tenting of outdoor areas is available through rental service. |
| Deposits | A refundable deposit of 50% of the facility fee is required to confirm your reservation if booked more than 4 months in advance. If booked less than 4 months in advance, the full fee is required to confirm reservation. All fees are due in full 90 days prior to the event. Deposits will be applied towards the event price. Any deposit refunds are solely at the discretion of Mosaic/deLorimier Winery, dependant on our ability to re- book the space with a similar event. Any additional fees will be due on the day of the event. A refundable damage/loss deposit will be required by credit card arrangement. |

Deposits & fees are paid directly to the caterer. Mosaic/deLorimier Winery may assist you in the process of engaging a caterer if required. There will be a 5% surcharge billed to the caterer on all prepared foods. No foods other than those prepared by the selected caterer may be used without the express approval of the caterer and Mosaic/deLorimier Winery. |
